Periodically is designed as a local-first period and cycle tracking app. It helps you record and review cycle information for your own reference and for conversations with a healthcare professional.

This Privacy Policy explains how Periodically handles information in the iOS app.

Information You Enter

Periodically may store information you choose to enter in the app, including cycle records, flow information, symptoms, pain levels, energy levels, feelings, notes, reminders, and related tracking details.

This information may include sensitive health-related information. The accuracy and completeness of the information depends on what you choose to enter.

Local Storage

Your cycle tracking data is stored locally on your device.

Periodically does not currently require an account, operate a cloud sync service, or send your cycle tracking records to servers managed by us.

Data Sharing

Periodically does not sell your personal data.

Some actions may move information outside the app:

• If you export a PDF report, that file may be saved or shared outside Periodically.
• If you contact support, we may receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your app version, device details, screenshots, and a description of the issue.
• App Store purchases and purchase restoration are processed by Apple.

Please be careful when exporting or sharing reports, because they may contain sensitive health information.

Purchases

Periodically may offer an optional one-time Premium purchase. Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Periodically does not receive or store your payment card information.
